Once you and the runner agree on a price in the chat, the money is moved from your Proxi wallet into a secure hold. The runner sees the funds are secured and begins the errand. The money is only released to the runner when you confirm you've received the delivery by sharing a one-time code.
Proxi Private is our premium tier for sensitive errands. Runners in this tier undergo rigorous background checks, sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and your items are covered by insurance. Customers must complete a one-time ID verification to use this service.
You can easily add money to your Proxi wallet via bank transfer from any Nigerian bank. We use Paystack integration, so deposits reflect in your wallet in seconds.
If something goes wrong—for example, the wrong item is purchased or there's damage—you can raise a dispute in the app before releasing funds. Our dedicated support team will step in, review the chat history, and fairly resolve the issue to ensure no one is unfairly charged.
When you refer a friend and they complete their first errand, you both win. Customers get cashback added to their wallet, and runners earn commission credits. Your points remain active as long as you use the app at least once every 6 months.
